Children of any age are welcome on the boat. Boating is ideally suited to be done with the whole family! Some things to watch out for; children who cannot swim and do not yet have a swimming certificate are required to have a life jacket on while boating.
With hot and sunny days, be careful that children do not overheat. With small children and babies, we recommend boating in the morning or evening and not taking to the water during the afternoon portion. The boats are not equipped with canopies or umbrellas, so there is nothing to block the sun. You can bring your own umbrella, but our advice is to sail during the morning or evening shift.
It is permitted to bring a dog on board, provided the boat is left tidy. Do you think about bringing enough water with a bowl and a blanket or mat for the dog to lie on?
